With more than 30 years of experience in nursing, case management, and life care planning, Lauri Grady is dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate the most complex moments of their lives with clarity, confidence, and compassion.
As the founder of LBG Care Consulting, Lauri partners with attorneys, trustees, and families to develop detailed, objective life care plans and provide ongoing case management for those living with catastrophic injuries, chronic illness, or age-related challenges.
A Career Built on Advocacy and Accuracy
Lauri began her career as a Registered Nurse, where she gained firsthand experience in patient care, discharge planning, and the healthcare system’s many moving parts. Over time, she recognized a gap, families and professionals often struggled to find accurate, forward-thinking plans for long-term care needs.
To bridge that gap, she became a Certified Case Manager (CCM) and later a Certified Life Care Planner (CLCP), equipping her to support clients with both care coordination and future planning. She combines clinical expertise with in-depth cost research, comprehensive care assessments, and planning strategies that support both quality of life and legal clarity. Her work is grounded in evidence-based practices, and she is experienced in providing expert witness services, including deposition and testimony when required.

Whether she’s creating a detailed future care plan for a legal case or helping a family coordinate in-home services, Lauri brings professionalism and genuine care to every client relationship. She understands that behind every chart and cost projection is a real person—and she treats each case with the attention and respect it deserves.
Based in Florida, Serving Nationwide
Lauri is based in Palm Beach County, Florida, and regularly works with clients throughout South Florida including West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, and Delray Beach. She also provides services nationwide through virtual consultations and travel when needed.
